As a company, Younger & Son is dedicated to serving it's customers with great consideration. We DO answer
our phone, and we DO answer emails, and your satisfaction is our primary concern. Please familiarize yourself with our policies and shopping cart features.
You MUST be a Licensed Retailer to purchase from
this site.
Email us for instructions on how to provide us with your proper identification for our records.
Because we do not charge any handling fees,
a minimum purchase of $20 is required.

How To Order

Ordering products from our on-line store is very simple. Just browse the merchandise and when you find an item you wish to purchase,
simply choose any applicable attributes for that item (size, color, etc.), enter the quantity you wish to order, and click on the "Add To Cart" button.
If you
wish to put some merchandise aside for a later purchase, you can use our "Wish List
(Saved Cart)" feature, by clicking on the "Add To Wish List" button, rather than Add to Cart.. Your "Saved" shopping cart orders will remain available for 2 weeks
time. When you are ready to order, just add them to your current shopping cart!
Please remember that, due to market fluctuations, our product availability and prices are adjusted weekly.
When you are done shopping, click one of
the convenient "Check Out" or "Current Order" links found at various places on each page. This
will take you to the Order Summary page. From there, you can adjust quantities, delete items from your
shopping cart, continue shopping, or continue with the ordering process. You can also move items to your
"Wish List" for later purchasing.
As soon as your order is verified, you will be sent a confirmation email and summary of your order, along with
information to contact us if it were necessary. Orders received during regular warehouse hours, prior to FedEx
pickup, will usually be shipped the same day. Orders received after 4pm or on weekends, will be shipped the
next business day.
We will contact you for verification of your order and shipping charges before it is billed
and shipped.
Please Note: Your current ordered items will "Time-Out" after 20 minutes of inactivity.
If you know your shopping session may be interrupted, you can place your items in the Wish List, so you will not
lose your choices when you return.

On-line orders can be paid through the checkout process by:

Purchase Order - Customers may pre-arrange payment and receive a PO (Purchase Order) number from
us. This can be used as a payment method in the checkout process of the store.

Phone/Fax (All Payment methods including
Personal Checks, Certified Check or Money Order) Choosing the Phone/Fax payment option in our order form will generate
a printable order summary which can then be mailed or faxed to us. This method is perfect for customers
wishing to pay by money order or certified check, or those who just wish to avoid sending credit card
information over the internet.
Please Note:
Choosing Phone/Fax payment method will
NOT enter your order information into our database. We must receive the order
directly from you or it will not be processed. Also, if your payment is by Personal check, your
order will not be shipped until your check has cleared our bank.

Shipping Methods

All Shipping is done by way of Federal Express. Please contact us directly if you need to make other
shipping arrangements.
Because of the nature of our products, variables in actual weights, as opposed to weights assigned to the products, may cause the on-line shipping calculations to be
incorrect. If a discrepancy arises in the actual freight charges, as opposed to the on-line calculations, we will
contact you directly before billing and shipping your order.
Also:

If we receive an order that has items which are
out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will be
given the expected shipping day of out-of-stock item and offered the
option to place that item on back-order or delete it from your
order.

We do not charge any type of handling fees, nor do we make a profit on shipping fees.

Merchandise which is shipped back to us due to an incorrect
address will be billed for any shipping charges that we are charged.

Receiving Damaged Merchandise- All of our merchandise is inspected for quality prior to shipping.
If damages occurred during transit, please report all damaged merchandise to
the
FEDEX Customer Service at
800-463-3339. FEDEX
will reimburse you for your damaged merchandise. Also, please contact us, or FedEx, in the case that your tracking number is
showing that your package has been delivered, but you did not
receive it. FEDEX
may have delivered your package to the wrong address, and it is
their responsibility to locate the merchandise's whereabouts.
If you experience any difficulties

from our staff.
Contact us for any issues that would involve a return or replacement, and we will be happy to make arrangements.
Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within
48 hours of delivery so that we can correct any errors promptly.

What is a
Wish List? |
|
A "Wish List" (or Saved Order) is a special shopping cart established under your login account, which
allows you to leave our website and then continue your shopping at a later time, without having to go back and find
the items you already selected again. This is a valuable feature, especially if you already placed numerous
items in your shopping cart, and can't finish your order at that time for some reason. Just use the "Wish List"
button in the checkout area to add your items to the saved cart! Use your account login to come back and
finish your order later. Wish Lists will remain available to you for a 2 week period. Please remember that, due to market fluctuations, our product availability and prices are adjusted
weekly, so prices and availability may change on items in your Wish List.

Why Do I Need a
Login Account? |
|
Creating an online Login account enables us to store your common information such as name, address, shipping
address, etc... in our database. When you place future orders with us, you won't have to keep filling out the form.
You will only have to enter your e-mail address and the password you chose in the " Customer
Log-in" section, and all your information (except payment information) will pre-fill on our order form, saving
you time.
Your online Login Account will also give you access to your Saved Cart or your previous order.
Only your name, address, phone, E-mail address and your shipping information is maintained on our database. The
database resides on a secure server and we must enter user id's and passwords to access this information. Unlike
most E-commerce sites , we do not maintain or store your payment information in our customer database. Therefore
you will need to enter that each time you order from us.
The first time you log on to our site, you can start this process by clicking the "
Login" button, or waiting until you check out for the first time. YOU WILL HAVE TO ENTER YOUR
PAYMENT INFORMATION EVERY TIME YOU ORDER FROM US! WE DO NOT KEEP THIS INFORMATION ON OUR SERVERS!

Why the "
Cookies"? |
A "cookie" is a small file that is not even noticed by you. It is stored in your "Temporary Internet Files" directory when you access a web site that uses them.

We implement "cookies" on our site so that as you select items to purchase, information about that item is
stored for use on the order form or your saved cart. Additionally, when you login to your account, a "cookie" is created so that you do not have to reenter your name, address, etc... when you complete our online "SECURE" order
form. Cookies also give you access your Wish List/Saved Cart or a Previous Order.
Cookies are essential for the shopping cart to function properly. The cookies we use do not give us any personal information about our customers, but they do tell us which pages they encounter errors or bugs on. This helps us correct problems, and keep providing product pages people are interested in.
Furthermore... Cookies are designed to enhance your web browsing experience, and as long as the site you visit is reputable, will cause no harm to your system.
Under normal, everyday surfing of the Internet, cookies do not harm your system.
It is a good idea however, to periodically clear your "Temporary Internet Directory" this can be done in Internet Explorer® by clicking "tools" then "Internet options" then under Temporary Internet Files, click "delete".

Any payment information you provide us with, is filtered through and encrypted using the latest 128 bit or greater secure encryption. Our "Secure Certificate" (SSL) is issued by
GeoTrust, a leading provider of web security certificates.
Younger & Son, Inc. has purchased a
private certificate, which is applied directly to the Cut Flowers & Greens website, and to the Floral Supply
Store. Click the image below to view the certificate. Secure encryption exists in the checkout process
pages of the sites.
At the time of your order submission, you will automatically be E-mailed a receipt for your transaction. This receipt will contain NO INFORMATION about your payment.
We (Younger & Son) will also be E-mailed notifying us you have placed an order. We must then log on to a database located on our secure server. This database is accessed through 2 "secure checkpoints" using 2 distinct log-in ID's and 2 distinct passwords. Any attempt to access this information without providing those 4 different items in their correct order, will
lock out the person trying to access this information.
Additionally, any payment information you provide us with, is further encoded in the database itself, and we are the only ones capable of accessing that information.
While most online stores keep your payment information in their database, our payment database deletes this information
when order processing is completed.

WE ALONE maintain this data and do not sell it, give it away, or share it with any unauthorized persons, companies, etc.

Retrieving
Previous Orders... |

If the situation should arise that you wish to reorder an item/items you have previously purchased from us, you can go to
the "
Previous Order" link on the top of each page. The link will bring you to a log-in window, where you will put in your email address
and account password. It will then bring up a record of all orders previously purchased by you. You can
then choose to add any item in those orders to your current order. Please be aware that, due to market
fluctuations, the current prices and availability may vary from your previous order.
